You can request a refund for your caseflage purchase within 7 days of receiving your items.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel you order please write to us at caseflage@gmail.com within Half an hour of placing your order. Any cancellations after this duration will not be considered.
An order once placed during any Sale Event (as applicable) cannot be cancelled or exchanged. All purchases made during Sale Events (as applicable) are considered final
Wrong or Damaged Product:
In case you have received the wrong or damaged product, please follow these steps:
Make a proper opening packaging video while opening the parcel showing the packet properly packed and the invoice clearly.
Share this video with us within 12 working hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
We will review and initiate the exchange within a week of receiving your video.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Must include all original packaging.
All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
WITHOUT VIDEO NO COMPLAINT WOULD BE ENTERTAINED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WARNING
Please note, international shipping for returns can be costly. We strongly recommend checking your measurements and referring to our model charts on each product page before buying to minimize the need for returns.
Caseflage reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
Please Note: Kindly be aware that this Cases for Girls collection falls under our non-returnable/refundable policy as stated on our website. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items from this collection.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us: Email caseflage@gmail.com with your name, order number, items you want to return, and why.
We’ll get back to you: Expect a reply with return address and next steps within 48 hours on business days.
Pick your items: Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Use the original packaging and include a note with your order number and reason for return.
REFUND PROCESS
After we get your returned items and check them our service team will review the same, we’ll email you about your refund. If the issues described by you are verified, if approved, it’ll be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
